Warranty Terms for Electric Vehicles by LLC "Electro-Transport Company"

Warranty Duration

- General vehicle warranty: 1 year or 20,000 km mileage (whichever comes first).
- High-voltage traction battery warranty: 3 years or 60,000 km mileage (whichever comes first).

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers material defects or manufacturing faults resulting from:
- Malfunctions of traction motor components (rotor, stator, housing, sealed connector, cover).
- Malfunctions of high-voltage traction battery components (case cover, cell modules, housing, module, cell, frame structure, battery housing, case bath, battery frame).

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover:
- Parts subject to natural wear and tear (gaskets, seals, sensors, cooling system elements, technical fluids, pipelines, power and control electronics blocks, wires, terminals, connectors).
- Damage resulting from fire, traffic accidents, vehicle overloading, improper use, or negligent maintenance.
- Use of the vehicle for unintended purposes (participation in competitions, races).
- Flooding of the vehicle and other physical interventions or damages.
- Use of non-recommended fluids, parts, and components.
- Use of charging devices of improper quality or types not recommended.
- Leaving a discharged vehicle (less than 15% charge) unused at temperatures below 0°C for more than 7 days.
