LLC "Electro-Transport Company" provides return or exchange services for electric transport in cases covered under warranty, subject to the following conditions:
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, a customer may return or exchange a product of appropriate quality within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (excluding the purchase day), provided the following criteria are met:
- The product was not used and has no signs of wear or operation such as scratches, damages, or software modifications;
- The full original package and configuration are intact;
- All manufacturer labels and markings are present;
- The customer has purchase documents: handover act, invoice, or any other proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT: You must present a passport or other official identity document to process the return or exchange.
Step-by-Step Return / Exchange Process:
1.Check the time limit – no more than 14 days must have passed since the purchase.
2.Inspect the product – it must be in original condition with no usage signs and complete packaging.
3.Test functionality – if the product does not start or has software/hardware issues, please refer to warranty service instructions.
